FOR PARENTS
Muay Thai teaches children how to move, how to focus, and how to carry themselves. The physical skills are just the beginning.
More than a workout. A foundation.
WHAT PARENTS TELL US MATTERS MOST
Classes are structured and consistent. Children learn to follow instructions and respect the space — not because they’re forced to, but because the environment earns it.
* Discipline without fear.
* Confidence that carries over.
Kids who train regularly show up differently — in school, at home, in social situations. That’s not a coincidence.
Children have energy that needs an outlet. We give it a productive, structured direction.
* A safe place to be physical.
Gloves on, shin guards on. Kids learn to see striking as a skill, not something to fear.
* Controlled play, not combat.
WHAT HAPPENS IN CLASS
Every session. Every time.
01 - WARM UP
~5 MIN
Movement.
We start by getting the body moving. Joint mobility, breath, getting out of their head and into the session. Kids settle fast when they’re moving.
02 - CONDITIONING
~15 MIN
Strength.
Athletic conditioning is the foundation. We build the strength and cardio base that makes every technique more effective.
03 - TECHNIQUE
~40 MIN
Skill.
Muay Thai fundamentals taught at a pace that suits young learners. Strikes, footwork, coordination, and defence. Progressive, age-appropriate, and genuinely fun.
WHAT YOUR CHILD TAKES HOME
Skills that go beyond the gym.
We teach Muay Thai, but what children actually develop is much broader than that.
Coordination, balance, spatial awareness, and athleticism — foundations that benefit every sport and activity they pursue.
Physical literacy.
1
Learning technique requires attention. Children learn to slow down, listen, and repeat — skills that translate directly to school.
2
Focus and patience.
Every class begins and ends with a bow. Small rituals build big habits — children learn to show up with intention.
3
Respect and self-regulation.
Muay Thai is hard. Learning to try something difficult, fall short, and come back next week is the most valuable lesson in the room.
4
Resilience.
