What you’ll need to get started.

Find any colour and style that suits you. They come in slim fit (Retro) or loose fit (Traditional).

Optional. While head shots are light or avoided, this helps reduce impact and protect the face.

Protective cup.

For the boys and men. Accidents happen.

(Not necessary for class, but personal equipment lets you train on and off the mats, becomes familiar and has better personal hygiene.)

Required for partner drills involving kicks and defensive work.
